Lifecycle

One event. Four clear stages.

01

Create

Staff chooses Community Event or Clan Competition, adds the schedule and details, then previews the final announcement.

Publish

ClanHQ posts a public embed with local Discord timestamps, status, location, and the RSVP ID or RuneLite event code.

03

Run

The lifecycle task moves the announcement from Scheduled to Active. RuneLite can report eligible competition progress.

04

Close

At the configured end time, the event becomes Ended and the original linked announcement updates automatically.
