Discord Integration

ClanHQ lives in Discord: commands, private responses, persistent panels, events, and staff controls all happen here.

Install

  1. Invite the ClanHQ application to your Discord server.
  2. Run /setup in a staff-only channel.
  3. Select the channels where ClanHQ may post panels, announcements, and logs.
  4. Publish the setup and run /ping.

Permissions

Members can use commands marked Everyone in the command reference. Staff commands require the configured event-management or administrator role. Discord channel permissions still apply: the bot must be able to view the channel, send messages, embed links, and use components.

Behavior

Panels are persistent messages that ClanHQ edits in place. Private responses are visible only to the person who ran the command or clicked a private action. Old messages are not retroactively rewritten when a panel design changes.
