Troubleshooting
Use the symptom, verification, and resolution below before changing configuration.
RuneLite
Plugin does not appear: install it from Plugin Hub and restart RuneLite. Pairing fails: generate a fresh /plugin pair code. Wrong account: confirm the active in-game RSN, disconnect, then pair again. Stats stale: verify Connection verified and sync while logged into the intended character.
Discord
Commands missing: check command permissions and wait for Discord command registration. Buttons fail: confirm the bot can view/send messages and use components in that channel. Panels unavailable: run /health and ask staff to refresh the panel.
Data
Member inactive: WOM sync can mark a member absent from the configured roster inactive; verify the RSN and roster first. Leaderboard stale: refresh the panel after the scheduled job completes. Wrong rewards: inspect private currency history and the event audit before making a correction.
