Member Management
Maintain one ClanHQ identity across RuneScape names, aliases, alt accounts, Discord links, ranks, and history.
Identity
The primary RSN identifies the member. Former names are aliases; separate characters owned by the same person are linked as alts. Searches should use an RSN, alias, or alt name.
Status
Active members can use linked features. Inactive or archived members retain historical records but cannot claim daily tasks. Use the member-management controls to reactivate or archive a record.
Commands
Use /lookup username:<name> to inspect a record, /member manage for staff controls, /join to add a member, and /sync to reconcile WOM rosters.
